I currently hold a 100 Gross ton U.S.C.G. Captain license and my references may be verified upon request.
Born in Cuba and raised in Venezuela, I acquired my boat experience throughout my whole life. After moving to the USA in 1985, I purchased my first single screw vessel – 30’ wooden Owens. This was a great experience as living on this boat for 4 years in LA, made me gain vast experience in regards to steering and maintaining boats. Since 2000, I am a happy owner of 40’ sailboat .
On daily basis, I work for American Airlines as a crew chief in Miami Intl Airport. Besides that, I charter and deliver boats through my own business www.MiamiSailing.net.
